This Shipping Policy explains how FurryPaws Tails processes, ships, and delivers orders.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed; they may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only before the order has shipped.
